Datamate SCSI adapter SP5000-5068-13 (my ref: 3). As I recently found out, this is a SCSI adapter. One side is 50-pin female, and the other side is 68-pin female. Datamate brochure I found on the internet lists SP5000-5068-13 under 'Wide to Narrow Adapters'.
