Datamate SCSI adapter DM5000-5068-19. As I recently found out, this is a SCSI adapter. One side is 50-pin male, and the other side is 68-pin male. Datamate brochure I found on the internet lists DM5000-5068-19 under 'Wide to Narrow Adapters'.
